Completed in 2001, the Shirakabegura Brewery, utilizing Japan’s famous Miyamizu water, and carefully selected rice, combines leading-edge facilities that recreate traditional, artisan-inspired brewing techniques and Sake brewing done by hand in order to comprehensively pursue what is truly authentic Sake.
Shirakabegura is one of a selected few breweries that won consecutive gold medals in many years at the National Research Institute of Brewing’s prestigious Annual Sake Awards.
